My PMs often forget to switch to their own template or insert no template and then have to delete each phase. It'd be easier if there was no template or the template they choose would be default.

Add capacity planning by a team's capacity not just by individual's capacity.

Show the Created By field of the initiative next to the date
I would like to know who created the Initiative record. Show the created by name next to the Initiative created date, so this works like the feature records which show who created a feature and the date.
