Ability to reference initiative start / end dates in calculated field equations

User story map: be able to add more Master Features to a Step without having to first add a column
You can only seem to add multiple Master Features for the Step on the rightmost Step. Currently, a user needs to first add a new column before being able to add a Master Feature to a Step.
Please add the ability to lock individual objects to their position on the whiteboard, such as shapes, text fields, images, etc, on whiteboards so that they can easily be used as background elements without users accidently moving them.

When an Admin user turns on email notifications for the Ideas portal, we would like the option to default disable/turn off email notifications for existing portal users. This takes an Opt-In approach, which is compliant with GDPR Privacy Regulations.
