Slow performance in EU

Half of our country is in EU-Central, and drilling down on ticket details shows a spinner for about 1-10 seconds, which inhibits productivity. Would like for it to be as responsive in EU as it is in US.

Integration with Help Scout

Our customer success team uses Help Scout as their main support tool to assist our customers. It'd be nice if they could just take the feedback given by customers in their Help Scout ticket and send it directly into Aha! as an idea.

Ability to uncheck a to-do from main box.

Right now, if a to-do is checked off, the user has to go into the to-do itself and uncheck it from the box in there. It would be great if you can uncheck it from the main check box.
