Enable sort order on relevant tabs to use status not category

All users looking at relevant tickets

What impact would it make?

Simplify the statuses to reflect the statuses we use, not the generic categories

How should it work?

When clicking on the relevant tabs, I would see as the options of what to show for other tickets would be based on the status we use as a company, not on the status category we can't modify
