I need a report in Aha! that would allow me to filter by “Salesforce account_name”. I can add data from the Salesforce integration (such as account name) as a column but not as a filter.

Choose the MRR value at the account level when creating ideas from salesforce.com

Can we map the value field to an existing account field for cases? Value is automatically pulling from the opportunity and we actually have MRR at the account level and it would be great if we could map that for cases.
