Map idea category to responsible PM to automatically assign new ideas
I can currently accomplish this use case by creating an automation rule for every category/PM combination, which is very difficult to administrate. A table for managing the category assignment would make the automation much simpler to manage

On the Features Board, you can add a Workspace filter. However, since only records from a single workspace can be displayed, this is not helpful. It would be a better user experience to hide the workspaces filters.

Extensions in Aha! Develop are great for customizing the tool to fit the way our team works. It would be great if the extension fields were available through reporting, such as lists and pivots.

Configure terminology of Notebook navigation menue and Documents sub-menu
Currently terminology can be configured for workspace, goal, initiative etc. Would like the ability to also use our own terminology for Notebook and Documents as the recent out of the box changes to terminology don't mense sense to our users.
