Alphabetize initiatives associated with a release

When Initiatives are added to the release, it would be helpful to be able to alphabetize or sort them; otherwise it's quite painful when one has large number of those.

At the moment when you moved a feature to shipped then the time recording changes to be the same as the estimate. So for example if I estimated 3 days, actually only took and recorded 2 days when I ship the feature the time taken changes to 3 days...

On occasions, I have had to change the status of a release back to open and then close it again. This resends the release to everyone subscribed. I would like to be able to disable sending a notifications for this type of maintenance.
