Add filtering every My work page

As product management, i need to see project, features, todo's and idea based on their status. Filtering by status helps reduce the noise of stuff assigned to me. To me, filtering should be enabled for all available fields just like most Aha views.

Allow bulk edit on records using different layouts, for common custom fields

If the same custom field is visible on different layouts, it would be helpful to have the option to bulk edit that field on a group of records, even with different custom layouts applied.
