Ability to edit the configuration of default fields in the ideas portal

Add the ability to highlight or shine a spotlight on ideas the product team wants immediate feedback on.

Sometimes a great idea emerges that the product team is excited about but wants feedback from other users as soon as possible. Having the ability to bring the idea to everyone's attention would help facilitate the needed attention.
