Ability to share reports/dashboards to ideas portal

It is currently possible to add roadmap views to the ideas portal as part of pages. I think we should improve this functionality to include other reports or dashboards

Make the widget more customizable

The widget subtitle, which is where a longer description can be placed, doesn't allow HTML formatting so it's very limited with styling. Changing that single text field box to a design text field box would be much better.

Do not open new tabs for links on Ideas Overview

It's very confusing and easy to get lost in your tabs when a new one is opened with every click. If I want to open a new tab, I can right click and do that from my browser! At least make this an on/off function.

When accessing the idea portal through the web browser on a mobile device, the layout could be more graphically appealing (dynamic scaling, overlapping buttons in the task bar, bigger fonts?)
