Do not open new tabs for links on Ideas Overview
It's very confusing and easy to get lost in your tabs when a new one is opened with every click. If I want to open a new tab, I can right click and do that from my browser!
At least make this an on/off function.
Hi Austin, thanks for following up. There are multiple spots within the Aha! Admin tool that I have new tabs popping open:
Whenever I click on a status to see which tickets are in that status
When I click to view full report under the new ideas
When I choose the ideas portal I want to go to
I'm sure there are others but these are the ones I use most often that are most obvious, without going through and clicking every button. The most major one for me is the statuses. If we go in to look at what tickets are under what status and we have 6 different statuses to look at, we now have 6 different tabs open. And switching back and forth between the portal vs. the admin does it too which is frustrating.
Hi Morgan, thank you for your feedback. Can you share more about which links are opening new tabs? In general most links within Aha! will not open new tabs. I just want to make sure I'm understanding where you are running into this experience. Thanks!
