Ability to set whether links open in new tab

What is the challenge?

By default, all links in a dashboard open in a new tab in your browser.

What is the impact?

This means it is hard to use a dashboard to build sophisticated 'in-page navigation'. Instead, all links open new tabs, which can quickly get confusing and degrade user experience for customers not experienced in Aha!.

Describe your idea

When adding a hyperlink in a dashboard text panel, I'd like the option to toggle on/off an 'Open link in new tab' setting. This would give me more control over how users navigate my dashboards, allowing me to more thoughtfully orchestrate the experience.
