Improve the Salesforce Ideas UI - Hidden "Create New" and "Link" buttons

At the default zoom level (100%), the "Create New Idea" and "Link Idea" buttons are hidden in the pop-up window for browsing and creating / voting on Ideas in Salesforce.

Without the user knowing they have to scroll down for the buttons to become visible, it looks like they are unable to submit or vote for anything.

This seemingly small issue has a tangible affect on how users interact with the Salesforce functionality. If it isn't simple and easy to use, people won't use it and the Ideas will be lost.

Please consider lengthening the default window size!
