Set an idea category to Private or Employee/Partners Only

It would be really helpful if there was a way to set a category to private or only visible to Employee/Partners that were defined in the ideas portal settings

Ability to see who has activated their account in a portal (last active field)

It would be useful to see who has activated their account in an ideas portal even though you have invited them, if someone doesn't submit or vote on any ideas, how can we tell they've gone in and activated themselves?
