I have a backlog of ideas sitting in a different tool, and I'd like to import them into Aha and have them attributed to the original creators (who have been added as Aha idea portal users).

This is mostly for the purpose of emails, but when I change the status of an idea, I usually have a comment to add too. The followers get two subsequent emails but it really should be just one.

Will not implement
There is a lot of flexibility with the user permission settings. As an administrator it would be nice if I could impersonate a user to identify possible issues. This feature is found in other applications in the market.
