enable sync of idea/feature score

I have confirmed with AHA support, assuming both idea and feature uses same scorecard, the idea score will propagate to promoted feature score. However, subsequent updates to either the idea score or feature score are not synced.

Search by idea number when merging ideas

When merging ideas, you can't type the idea number in the search box to find a idea you want to merge with. Typing the idea number would be nice because when we search by keyword a lot of results come up and it is hard to find the idea.
