Filter initiative by multiple time frames.

Show more than one product's goals/initiatives in the effort/value grid

We have grids for several products that roll up to the company's product line, but without having all of them in one grid, the scoring will not be relative to each other (which is what is great about the grid).

Initiative dates should be based on linked features, not releases

We have weekly releases, so adding Initiatives and Goals to releases is too much overhead. As a result, I can't use the "Set Automatically" option for Start and End dates on Initiatives, since it's based on the individual linked releases for that ...

Show progress on goals & initiatives based on feature status

As features that are linked to goals and initiatives are complete, the progress of that goal / initiative should be updated based on the number of features linked and the number of those in progress, complete, etc.
