Customize default sort on ideas portal landing page

Currently the Idea Portal default takes you automatically to the Trending tab. I'd like to have the ability to select either the Recent, Trending or Popular tabs as the default view for users.

Sub releases should inherit initiatives from Master release and vice versa

Super helpful if could simply hover over something like 'Activities Board' and a quick defitition came up. Or at least there was an easier accessable glossary. It's not the most intuitive to find.

Allow steps box in Story Board to grow so you can see the entire step

When you add a step to a user story map if the text expands beyond the visible part of the box it is not easy to see the entire step. The box should grow in the same way as the feature box does.
