Add a Box Plot chart type

Today, we create three different reports for each scenario -- minimum, then average, then max. This allows us to provide a high level evaluation of the data, but is not particularly helpful, especially because of the dashboard panel limitation. Ideally, we would be able to identify outliers in need of attention /re-evaluation.

If we have the ability to create a box plot chart and click into the outliers we will be able to see what is driving the outlier or an area that needs attention
