Auto-set Initiative dates based on release

When I choose to set an initiative's dates automatically, I'd like the dates to be populated based on the releases that the features are part of.

Add attachments to notebooks

As a user i would like the ability to add attachments that I have already uploaded to Aha to my notebooks - just like almost any other view. Just re-use the "add to notebook" button in the attachment viewing modal window.
