Bulk Change - units in estimate for releases and features after the records have been created

I am working with records such as releases and features that were initially built with the unit for estimates set to "story points" in capacity planning for individuals. I would like to change the units to hours. Not having a bulk change feature adds time - rather than doing them all at once, I have to do each release one at a time to change the units.
