Allow filtering and navigating ideas with custom fields

I've created some custom fields for ideas that would be useful for browsing ideas. Right now users can only browse ideas by category or status.

+1 if the custom field filtering is available on all reports.
Use case: I have a scorecard field "Effort" that I'd like to filter in a simple list report.
