Allow filtering and navigating ideas with custom fields Merged

I've created some custom fields for ideas that would be useful for browsing ideas. Right now users can only browse ideas by category or status.

+1 if the custom field filtering is available on all reports.

Use case: I have a scorecard field "Effort" that I'd like to filter in a simple list report.

Make the side nav of the ideas portal configurable with custom field

as a PM, I want to be able to configure the ideas portal navigation using custom field. For example I want to have a priority field and allow users to filter ideas based on this custom field.
