Make the side nav of the ideas portal configurable with custom field Merged

as a PM, I want to be able to configure the ideas portal navigation using custom field. For example I want to have a priority field and allow users to filter ideas based on this custom field.

Seems like a dup of https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-5238 and https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-858. But I would like this functionality as well :)
