My org's hierarchy is huge; and to reduce the amount of administration all user have the ability to (at least) see everything. It would be great if I could "favorite" or "star" or "pin" products and lines from the hierarchy so that I can always get back to them quickly (without typing or hoping where I want to go is one of the last few I looked at).
I commented on a similar, faily new idea already. This would be really helpful for me and other POs in my org
. I am a PO for multiple products in one product line and often have to switch workspaces. The 3 most recent that display at the top of the menu is not sufficient for me.
I was about to post this idea as well, and saw that it was requested back in 2018. My department just started using Aha! within the last year (2023/2024) -- would still appreciate the ability to favorite/star/pin workspaces instead of relying on "Recent" or manual search!
Would definitely love to see this idea, I'm surprised that it's not standard functionality to be honest. Many or our team members are constantly switching between multiple lines and workspaces, it would make life much easier to pin the favourites.
Adding a voice here. Our organization has over 100 workspaces and we have a need to switch back and forth between 5 and 10 spaces. It would be great to favorite a workspace such that it's pinned to the top of the workspace selector. This would save our users a bit of time and certainly frustration.
Yes, please. As a coach I am constantly working with new teams and having only the 3 most recent products in my short list is very frustrating. This forces me to keep a separate cheat sheet of significant products outside the tool.
This would be fantastic. Our org has the same difficulty, in that we have numerous products across a number of product managers. It would be great if in the product drop-downs to have a group at the top for Favorite or Quick Access products per user. This would make me more productive to be able to more easily navigate across my 5-6 products/product lines without having to search or scroll for each of my products.
The recent products is fine, but when I look at other products it loses sight of my products, and there are only 3 in the list, and I manage more than 3 products. some are far more frequent, but I manage more than 3.
I'm a big fan of this idea.
