Add ability to have 'text' displayed instead of numbers when populating the scorecard Merged

Ideally we would like to have the following implemented -

But as a interim change, could we add to the sliding bar text instead of numbers as we set the score for each value.   We have the numbers mapped to values in the fields, so the user will need to memorize what each number represents when updating the aha! score.  It would be a little easier for our users if they could see those values on the scorecard.
