Release Templates - Can we have the ability to attach documents?

Currently it isn't possible to attach documents to a Release Template Phase/Milestone, nor does it seem possible to attach an item to a To-Do that is part of a Phase or Milestone. Can we get that fixed?

  Thank you for the idea. We currently do not have plans to update this area as it does not align with our current strategy or recent customer requests.
