Add Data Reporting dialog - Add name by default

The new reporting Add Data dialog is awesome. It would be even even more awesome if when you selected a record or child record, by default it added the Item Name field as being checked when you selected a record.

The majority of the time when building reports the name field is included in the selected fields. I can appreciate that there may be occasions when you may not need the name field, but these are far outweighed by the times when you do.
