Include competitor names within search results

We have a complex product set with competitors at various levels within it, often inheriting through the levels, so people may not be clear where a competitor sits. If I do a search on a competitor name, it will return competitor records if I have used the name in the description fields but it fails to return ones where the only mention of the name is in the Name box. This means that people may be unable to find all our competitor information easily.  We are just launching Aha as a company-wide reference and the single point of information on all products, and being unable to find things will make people less likely to use it.
