Notify me when changes occur on dependent records

As a program/product manager, I want to know when an initiative/master feature/feature which I am dependent upon has changed release dates, scope or status without my having to manually find the dependency and "watch it"

Scenario: Someone adds a dependency to my init/mf/feature I automatically get the updates
