creating link should include entry for both link text and URL Link

It would be effective in one step to allow creating a link and link text in one entry window.  I have to create a custom (note fields) to entry a URL link and was force to do multiple click and highlights to enter my URL link and update the link to display link text.  This feature would be useful for anyway place that allows creating a URL link.

Similar to google sheets (I have attached a screen shot for example).
