URL link created by User Input (Part Number, Document Number, Invoice number, etc)
Need to automatically create URL link based on user input: May it be Part Number, Document, Invoice etc.
User has one entry custom field, that is used in custom field worksheet to add URL address before and after the users entry data. Combination of that should become a working URL.

I have need for a similar use case. In my company we have the ability for an Idea to be associated with a support case from Zendesk, we have the ticket number as a Custom Field that is used in the Form when an Idea is created, my goal is to be able to concatenate that ticket number with the standard URL used in Zendesk for referencing tickets so that the User that the Idea is assigned to is able to click a URL rather than copy/paste the ticket number from one platform to the other.
