Be able to remove standard fields from a Release Details View, or alter their layout placement Merged

There are standard fields which display for a Release. I would like to be able to remove these fields if they don't apply to our business. I would also like to be able to reorder the standard fields placement relative to my custom fields. That includes not just changing the order, but picking fields to display in one of the four columns available in the Release Details view.
