The current structure of the release page leaves SO much dead space which pushes the really important stuff (the gantt) BTF. Can you allow admins to organize fields in each of the 3 columns?

Thanks for the idea!
The release details page has been updated to be consistent with the other records. You can now manage the details view further in your custom layout. You can access your custom layout from account settings > Custom layouts or directly from a record. Click on a record's [...] menu and select Create/Edit custom layout. You can re-order tabs and fields, set visibility of fields, and remove fields that are not required.
The Gantt chart is now accessible from the Release phases tab, to align with the phases. And you can access the Progress chart from the top of your drawer.
