When creating a starter roadmap, if you add two goals, then add a release, and then add the features within the release - if feature 1 associated to just goal 1 and feature 2 is associated to just goal 2, this is not reflected in the starter roadmap because the starter roadmap uses the goal association at the release level. As a result, the information displayed is incorrect and therefore of no value to report on.
Please fix so that the starter roadmap understands that if an feature is associated to one goal, it is displayed for that goal correctly.
Thank you for your idea. As noted, the Starter roadmap groups features within releases. Releases can be organized around goals, but the features will remained grouped within the release to show when they will be delivered.
If you need to visualize all features within a release along with each feature's associated goals, we would suggest leveraging a custom roadmap or pivot table.
At this time we are unlikely to change this aspect of the starter roadmap. We hope you can understand.
