Add Initiative and Goal tags to starter roadmaps

Starter roadmaps offer some of the most comprehensive functionality available in aha for managing a portfolio of products. However, I want to be able to coherently see how strategic elements map to the development portfolio. The current method of grouping work into strategic buckets breaks my viewing of features and releases in the context that they make the most sense, products. Instead, I want to see tags, like I do on a feature roadmap, that visually indicate the strategic elements that each feature and release ties back to.
