Allow non-paid aha users to add ideas via Slack integration Merged

Within organizations, most ideas are initially created not by Product Managers, but other employees during their interaction with customers/prospects.

It'd be great for the Slack (into Aha) integration to support allowing all Aha users to create ideas. Not just paid users. Adding all other objects (e.g. release, feature...) would still clearly only be available to paid users.

Part of the reason this is so important, is because my coworkers feel the ideal portal and salesforce integration are fairly cumbersome. We're missing out on lots of great ideas, because the ease of adding ideas is not quite there.
