Features linked to Ideas linked to Features

Scenario:

A product is developing a feature ("feature A") that requires work from another business unit. The submit an idea to another business unit and link it to their feature.

The receiving business unit promotes the idea to a feature in their product ("Feature B").

Result:

Feature A and Feature B are not linked. It cannot be visualized that the feature <--> idea <--> feature.

Desired result:

Feature A and Feature B are linked OR it is easy to see the link from feature <--> idea <--> feature and it can be visualized.
