Add watchers to ALL competitors

Add a watcher option to the Competitors screen as a whole - like the Business Model has - so that new competitors and changes to an existing competitor are notified. Competitors are FAR more likely to change than the business model. 

Today watchers must be individually added to each and every competitor. For a sales/product and development teams this means

a) members are not notified of new competitors and

b) requires manual review and adding of watchers to every competitor - which may be dozens of competitors times dozens of salespeople. 

Current process requires staff to manually go in and look for new competitors. Staying on top of the competition is critical and competitors come and go often.
