Show a Release Report, show all to-dos under each phase and to-dos can be checked off Merged

Yes, this is extremely important for us. Since we use a Release x-functional check list during a x-functional meeting. It would be nice to see a Release Report with all to-dos at the first level under each phase ( it can be expanded or hidden), so that we can walk through the to-do list with each team (right now, we have click though each phase to display the to-dos on each phase, it doesn't give a whole picture of the entire release). Also, it would also use to mark a to-do once its completed. So on Release Report, one can easily see which to-dos in which phase is still pending to be completed.
