Define / configure the initial score value for a Metric in a Scorecard Merged

When using a linear range for -5 to 5, the starting value is -5 for a given metric. We would like to be able to define the initial value for this metric, like a starting value of 0 instead. This would help our users to fill the scorecards in more quickly, and take less manual correction when this metric is accidentally left as the initial value.
