Support quotations in searches Merged

Currently if I search for the word "Testing" the result comes back with anything in Aha! including the term Testing as well as "Test" -- the significantly increases my results.

Ideally, if I use quotations and search for "Testing" the results should explicitly be data that includes the exact word, "Testing" and not results including the root word "Test". If I search without quotes, the extra results make sense.
