Reassign ToDos in bulk or automatically when a feature is assigned an owner

As a Project Manager I spend a lot of time writing features and capturing to-dos for the teams in early planning sessions. As a result, my To-Dos list is full to the brim with to-dos I wrote and were automatically assigned to me. I would love to have the ability to reassign all the To-Dos in a card to the owner of the card when they take ownership of the card. Additionally, I would like to have the ability to update ToDos to a new owner in bulk, if possible. I do like the idea of having the ability to assign different ToDos in one card to multiple people, so I would like us to retain that functionality.
