Currently the Aha! to Salesforce integration must be installed using the classic interface. After that, it can be used via the Lightning interface.
As a Salesforce admin, it would be nice to be able to install the app via the Lightning interface as well.

We upgraded the Ideas Advanced integration with Salesforce to work seamlessly in the Lightning interface. You can capture detailed feedback with dynamic forms, too.
Checkout the blog post for more details on how to upgrade!
Would be useful if the Visualforce pages within Aha! manage package where checked for 'Available for Lightning Experience, Lightning Communities, and the mobile app' . this would allow customer more control where the page is displayed in Salesforce Lightning mode.
We are in the process of migrating to lightning and have similar issues to the ones below. We have been able to move all other VF pages to tabs. However, we are unable to move Aha as it is a managed package. If anything, it would be helpful if you just changed it to an unmanaged package and let us adjust the VF pages and the Apex code
The Salesforce integration is for us a big benefit, but we are using the lightning interface. If this version is not officially supported, we should do a much more extensive test to check that the integration works properly and this will mean much more effort.
I think the ask here is for Aha to have a Lightning Component vs. being a Visualforce Page that has to be embedded in the Page Layout. Having to use the Page Layout significantly limits flexibility, such as conditionally displaying the area based on criteria or placing it on other parts of the page. This is a major limitation.
It's not that this doesn't work with Lightening, it's that we need this to be a Widget in Lightening. Right now, you are forced to have Aha! in the main stack which isn't ideal. As a sales organization, you only want critical sales/client necessary data there & ancillary data surrounding, like Aha!.
It's disappointing to discover that we may have to look for another solution for tracking feedback if SFDC Lightning is not supported, especially after all the work we did to integrate Aha! into our current classic implementation.
We are moving to lightning. Will the Aha integration work in lightning, we already have it in classic?
That this issue has been hanging out as a future consideration for close to 2 years is sad. I hope you can resolve the issue soon.
We have one of SFDCs largest userbases (top 2) and cannot revert all our users back to classic. This is blocking adoption for us.
The visual force pages need to be updated. Right now it's managed and you can't check the lightning box or save a copy and then check it. The navigation does not function properly in lightning and it makes the AHA product look like it does not work properly. Also the VF pages need the design system styling applied if you were to keep those.
Hey Aha friends! Is there an update or ETA on this? Integrating with Lightning would be HUGE for us. Thanks!
This integration is a big deal for us and is a main reason we went with Aha!
We have an integration currently in place from Salesforce Classic to Aha for ideas and in testing Saleforce Lightning we have discovered that the integration it breaks. This is a big deal for us.
Inability to support Lightning integration is a huge miss for us. We make all our strategic roadmap decisions leveraging the integration to see opportunities tied to feature requests. Please don't make us look for an alternative and I'm not meaning an alternative to SFDC. Sorry, CRM will always take priority.
Need this to feature Aha! more prominently in LEX instead of burying it in the details.
YES! this would be required for our use of Aha with Salesforce Lightning as well!
