Ability to assign a workflow to the phases and milestones within a release

I should be able to assign a workflow for the phases and milestones for a given release.  I should be able to update the status for each of my phases or milestones so that I can visually see the progress of the release in the Releases > Roadmap.

      Be able to set Milestone status and color. Enables quick reference for executives and across a matrixed structure (multi-product) landscape. Black = scheduled, Green - in progress, yellow = at risk, red = late, blue = complete

    Release Phase State that is manage-able

    As of now it seems the only way to manage the state of the release phase is through features or to-do's. It would be easier for us to adopt this level of detail if we could manage the state ourselves.

    Allow for status colors of phase and milestones to match when an item is "Complete"

    Allow for status colors of phase and milestones to match when an item is "Complete" This will allow for quick visual reference for items that are completed. Green = complete/done. 0% = blue. 1-99% = yellow.
