Problem: I would like to make the adding an idea in our idea portal comprehensive, but when viewing the idea in Aha, I only see the "Your idea" as the title and the "Please add more details" section in the main view, then any custom fields that I created are relegated to lower on the right hand area.
So I am pushing the comprehensive requests for creating an idea into the "Please add more details" section and pulling out the custom fields from the ideas portal for the Offering Manager to fill out within the Aha tool. The problem is the "Please add more details" section field is not required, so I am expecting a bunch of ideas with 1 liners, which does not add any value unless all details are understood (rarely) and will cause our OM team to have to follow up on every 1 liner submitted (regardless of importance, impact, priority). This will waste time and promote less usage/adoption by the broader team if we can't at least have some consistency on submitting an idea. So the compromise is to have at least the "Please add more details" section required or be configurable to be required.
