When I make a timeline sometimes I want to show a certain timeframe and initiative I have have begun before that date. However, the names of those initiatives always get hidden and it's awful for visibility. I can scroll back to it if I'm in the report itself but if I add it to a notebook to share with execs they can't see what initiatives I'm referencing.
Text labels will now remain in full view as your roadmap timeline changes on the portfolio and custom roadmaps. As the bars on your roadmap move past the start date of the timeline, the label will automatically adjust to stay visible until the bar completely drops off the roadmap.
This makes it extremely hard to use the images in presentations. For example - if you want to give a quarterly update you don't want to continue to display the timeline that far back. - REALLY IMPORTANT
Yes, please! This drives me crazy. I often need to show reports starting with the current month, and many long-term projects therefore become invisible. Using the workaround of adding the feature name as a secondary row makes the report too long.
