Move "Release Bar" labels so they can be seen on roadmaps Merged

When you adjust your time frame on a roadmap, sometimes your Release bar labels fall off of the present view (see attachments) and you have no idea what that specific release is.  It would be great if you could slide the name/label for this bar so it is visible, when/if the time frame of that roadmap gets changed.
