Better depict feature/requirement changes in notification email

I often get emails saying that a feature has been updated but there is nothing highlighted in yellow to tell me what has changed so I'm forced to click the link, taking me to the feature in Aha and review the feature's history to see what has changed.  

From my understanding there are a few things that result in no yellow highlighting for changes:

  • Something has been deleted
  • Time effort has been logged
  • Editing requirements

It would be nice if there was some way to denote these things, perhaps crossed out text or a red outline around characteristic that has had something deleted.  Or for time, maybe a portion of the green work done could be a different color to show how much work had been logged to trigger the notification email.

    Thank you for the note. Currently, time effort logged and editing of requirements should include yellow highlighting for changes.

    However, when something has been deleted, we do not show this level of information in the email as it could include far much information than most users would be interested in. With that in mind, we do have the "History" feature that you had mentioned.

    However, if you do run into situations where your emails do not include the yellow highlighting on Effort logged and editing requirements, please do send us a note at support @ and we will be happy to take a look.
