The notifications are really difficult to view / quickly understand what's happened in each one - the highlighting within the notification doesn't really help much when there is so much other information included in the notification body too. It would be great if this could be customised somehow to make the notifications easy to digest.
We are always looking for ways to improve and currently use the yellow highlights within emails to indicate what has changed. At this time, based on current functionality and historical feedback, we do not have plans for updates in this area in the near term. However, we will keep the idea open to continue to gather feedback.
It would be nice to do some work on the layout of notifications, or add some options to customize it. As I discuss with our team, right now those notifications look cluttered and it is hard to spot the relevant information. We are also using Jira for task management. The notifications there look much better.
Can you expand upon some thoughts which you think might help to identify changes? We've received feedback in the past that the yellow highlights work well to quickly spot out the changes, but would be curious if you had something specific in mind.
