Show deadline marker separate from initiative timeline bar in report Merged

I have some initiatives that have government controlled deadlines. However, in house we have earlier due dates that are before those deadlines. It'd be nice to have the bar for the initiative and then a dot or marker that shows another deadline. Having the date in the bar isn't a good visual of this and I'm currently doing this separately in powerpoint.
